Our Mission
EcoHarvest Initiative exists to inspire and equip people of all ages to cook with intention, waste less, and reconnect with the land through seasonal, sustainable food practices.
Through hands-on education, foraging walks, cooking demos, and community partnerships—from farmers’ markets to forests—we’re helping spark a movement toward more mindful, waste-free eating.
EcoHarvest is the nonprofit arm of Nomadic Kitchen, created to bridge the gap between everyday eaters and the natural world. Our programming includes:
-
Zero-waste cooking demonstrations at farmers’ markets, campsites, and public events
-
Wild food education through seasonal foraging walks and pop-up learning sessions
-
Digital guides and workshops to help home cooks and campers rethink how they cook, store, and source their food
Proceeds from every sale of our Road Dust spice blends and Zero Waste Campfire eBook directly support these initiatives.
